Payment & Security

We accept payments by Debit Card, Credit Card or by PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to make payments via Debit Card or Credit Card.

All payments are processed via the PayPal or Stripe payment processing interface so we will never have access to your personal payment information. PayPal and Stripe are two of the most secure payment processing interfaces available.

We use a Comodo SSL certificate to secure online transactions for our customers. This means that any data you submit to this website will be securely encrypted with the strongest available algorithms. The SSL certificate carries a $10,000 warranty to further protect customer purchases.

Shipping Information

Enjoy FREE shipping on all US orders over $35.

All orders are shipped from our distributor in New York via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, Fedex). You will receive a tracking number for every order that has been shipped. Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed.

Shipping charges will depend upon the quantity, weight and dimensions of each item in your order.

*Please note for international shipping outside the U.S: Customs policies vary from country to country. Most small orders arrive duty free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Returns Information

Please send an email to: support@glandury.com before you make a return.

We'll give you instructions on how to make the return.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping costs. We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used. Once we receive a return from you (with all of the proper information), we will credit your account and notify you.

Orders Not Received

Once an order has been shipped and delivery confirmation received, Glandury.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address.

We cannot issue a refund if delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier. We will however pursue a claim with UPS if they didn’t deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit your account accordingly.

Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.

Damaged Product Claims

Each package and its contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely.

If we are in receopt of a claim that one of our products has been delivered damaged, we will investigate the situation and will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection.

After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS that they didn’t deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit our customers account for the product.

Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.

If an item is not in stock, it will be indicated in our store and not available for purchase.
